Inclined flighted belt conveyors are an ideal way of conveying products at angles greater than 30 degrees.

Inclined flighted belt conveyors are an ideal way of conveying products at angles greater than 30 degrees, which could cause the product to slide or roll back down the conveyor. By incorporating a PVC side wall to the edges of the belt, bulk type material and small components can be conveyed at an angle without the product over spilling.
Belt Widths
- From 150mm to 1200mm wide belts.
- For smaller widths see Custom Built conveyor section.
- For larger widths see Multi Belt section.
Belt Lengths
- Minimum length 800mm.
- Maximum length 9m.
Conveyor Angles
- Maximum conveyor angle for this design of conveyor would be 60 degrees, subject to product sizes.
Belt Types
- Smooth PVC or PVC grip face.
Cross Flights
- 20mm - 100mm high cross flight.
Flight Pitch
- 50mm - 1500mm (subject to product sizes).
Belt Side Walls
- 30mm - 60mm PVC wavy side walls.
Drive Options
- Motorised drum roller, shaft mounted gearmotor unit.
Accessories
